The Urbanisation of Novo Sancti-Petri, on the Atlantic coast of the province of Cádiz extends over a total area of 400 hectares, from which just 7% is
urbanised.
This new tourist destination is right on the splendid beach “Playa de la Barrosa”: 9 Km. (5 ½ miles) of unspoilt beach.
The apartments we offer, are all situated in residential areas at the golf course.
The Novo Sancti Petri golf course was the first course designed by Severiano Ballesteros in 1990.
Its main obstacles are the four lakes at the holes 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 14 and 15. It is also remarkable the hole 6, with its Green just over the beach and the hole 18, where Ballesteros keeps his own Bunker. The most difficult hole can be the 26.
The course offers two different rounds of 18 holes each: Round A: Mar Pinos, and Round B: Centro.
There is a Driving range for up to 70 players simultaneously.

The Club's house offers large rooms, a-la-carte restaurant with terrace, café-bar, Pro-shop, children's club, changing rooms equipped with shower and sauna. Clubs, manual and electric trolleys and carts can be hired.
To round off the facilities, there is 4 Putting and Pitching Greens, a short 9-hole-round “Pitch & Putt”, 7 tennis courts, 4 paddle-tennis courts, a regular soccer pitch, riding horses, commercial area, kinder garden, clinic,
spa.
